* badapple_classic.pgdump: Dump file of badapple_classic PostgreSQL DB, excluding "activity" table
* badapple_classic_full.pgdump: Dump file of entire badapple_classic PostgreSQL DB
* badapple2.pgdump: Dump file of badapple2 PostgreSQL DB, excluding "activity" table
* badapple2_full.pgdump: Dump file of entire badapple2 PostgreSQL DB
* badapple_classic_files/: All input files used to create badapple_classic DB
* badapple2_files/: All input files used to create badapple2 DB
* badapple2_NATA/: Results from the "Snakefile_NATA" workflow (see GitHub repo)
